Once you enquire or book, we’ll have a quick discovery call to make sure we are aligned. From there, I’ll send a proposal, invoice, and a rough timeline. Once the deposit is in, I start designing. You’ll get updates and a chance to give feedback along the way.

Each project is priced based on scope and time, there are no hidden fees. I have set packages to keep things simple, and custom quotes if your needs don’t quite fit the box. Everything’s agreed up front.

Most branding projects take 2–3 weeks. Full brand + web builds can take 4–6 weeks depending on the complexity and your response time. If you’re on a tight deadline, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

I mainly design and build on Squarespace and Shopify, which is perfect for product-based brands and creatives who want control after launch. If you need something a little more cost effective, or you’re on another platform, I’m open.  Let’s chat.

Each package comes with 1–2 rounds of revisions, which is usually enough to get everything looking tight. Need more? I’m chill, so we’ll sort something fair out if it goes beyond scope.

The Starter Pack gives you everything you need to launch with confidence and clarity, its a full visual identity, ready to go.

You’ll get:

• A full logo suite (main, alt versions, and icons in all the right file types)

• Colour palette + type system

• Mini brand guide (PDF)

• 1–2 rounds of refinement

It’s bold, adaptable, and built to work across digital and print. Whether you’re making merch, launching a website, or posting on socials it’ll certainly hold up.

Need extras like packaging, social templates, or design assets? I do offer add-ons or we can roll it into a bigger project, if you like.

The Online Pack is your digital home, which is usually designed and built on Squarespace or Shopify, depending on what you need.

Here’s what’s included:

• Design and build of up to 5 pages (Home, About, Shop, Contact, etc.)

• Mobile-first layout

• Styling that matches your brand vibe

• Product setup for a few key items (if you’re selling)

• Email/contact form integrations

• Basic SEO setup

• Launch support

• A handover video so you know how to update it all yourself

Once you subscribe, you can send design requests by email. I’ll knock them out one by one, so you can queue tasks and I’ll deliver in 48–72 hours per item. You can pause or cancel anytime, no stress.

Yeah I sure do, I get that budgets can be tight when you’re starting out. Most projects are split 50/50, but I’m open to payment plans on longer projects or bigger builds. Just ask.
